A dark take on the classic West Coast Pale Ale, Cali Black brings bright citrus and cola-like character together with a subtle roastiness. Simcoe, El Dorado and Citra hops deliver a clean, resinous West Coast hop profile, while notes of iced black coffee add depth over a crisp, dry body.
Light in body but full of character, Cali Black finishes clean with restrained bitterness and a touch of roasted malt. Dark in colour, bright in flavour and seriously easy to drink.
