Thank you for shopping with The Mill Brewery.

We aim to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Processing Times

Orders are generally packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment has been received.

During new beer releases, public holidays or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Shipping

We ship throughout Australia using trusted courier and postal services.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and vary depending on your location and the shipping provider.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Metro areas: 2–7 business days
  • Regional areas: 3–10 business days
  • Remote locations: Delivery times may be longer.

Delivery delays caused by courier networks, weather events or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of The Mill Brewery.

Authority to Leave

If you select or permit Authority to Leave (ATL), your parcel may be left unattended at the delivery address.

The Mill Brewery is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after they have been successfully delivered.

Age Verification

The Mill Brewery sells alcoholic beverages.

By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your state or territory.

Deliveries containing alcohol may require proof of age upon delivery. If a suitable person aged 18 years or over is unavailable to receive the delivery, the parcel may be taken to a local collection point or returned to us. Additional redelivery or return shipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged items
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.

Lost Parcels

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the shipping carrier, we will work with the carrier to investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Click & Collect

Where available, customers may choose Click & Collect during checkout.

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Please do not attend before receiving this notification.

Valid photo identification may be required when collecting orders containing alcohol.

International Shipping

At this time, The Mill Brewery ships within Australia only unless otherwise stated.
