When harvest begins, we head to the source, where the hops are at the peak of ripeness and the air is alive with their aroma. Our journey took us to HPA during the heart of harvest. Rows of towering bines, hands sticky with lupulin, and the unmistakable smell of fresh hops drifting through the fields. It’s a scene you don’t forget!
A Seasonal Twist
We've selected fresh Galaxy hops, straight from the bine, capturing their aroma and character at the very peak of the season. Each cone carries the unique flavours of this year’s harvest, making our Harvest Daydream Pale Ale a truly one-of-a-kind brew.
From Field to Tank
Most hops are dried, processed, and stored before they reach a brew tank. Not this time! For Harvest Daydream, they go straight from the bine into the brew within hours of being picked. On harvest morning, the hops are loaded up and driven back to the brewery by Mirek. It’s a race against the clock, and that urgency is part of the magic!
No Time to Wait
Back at the brewery, Eli has timed everything to perfection. The hops arrive just as the brew reaches the ideal moment for their addition. They hit the tank bursting with aroma, flavor, and the green, resinous freshness that only a true fresh hop beer can deliver. Bursting with fresh hop aroma and impossible to brew twice.
